Supplier Code of Conduct

This Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the standards Dubai Loan Guide expects from vendors, contractors, service providers, consultants, and business partners.

4. Confidentiality

5. Data Protection and Security

Suppliers that process personal data or access systems must implement appropriate security measures and comply with applicable privacy and data protection obligations.

6. Labor and Human Rights

Suppliers should maintain fair labor practices, prohibit forced labor and child labor, respect lawful worker rights, and provide a workplace free from abuse, discrimination, and harassment.

7. Health and Safety

Suppliers should provide a safe and healthy working environment and take reasonable measures to prevent workplace injury and unsafe conditions.

8. Conflicts of Interest

Suppliers must disclose any situation that may create a real or perceived conflict of interest relating to their services or relationship with Dubai Loan Guide.

9. Subcontracting

Suppliers remain responsible for ensuring that approved subcontractors or downstream providers meet standards equivalent to this code where relevant.

10. Non-Compliance

Failure to meet this Code of Conduct may result in corrective action, suspension, or termination of the supplier relationship, subject to contract terms and applicable law.
